KRO is an independent design studio based in Barcelona, creating both ready-to-wear collections and one-of-a-kind garments through private commission.

Every piece begins with the same intention: to create clothing that feels deeply personal. Some garments already exist, waiting to find the person they belong to. Others emerge through conversation, becoming a unique response to the individual who will wear them.

Rather than following trends or reproducing ideas, KRO approaches design as a process of observation, experimentation and refinement. Every garment begins with the fabric itself. Its weight, structure, stretch and movement become the starting point for every decision.

The garment is never imposed on the fabric. The fabric leads the design. By respecting the material rather than forcing it into a predetermined form, each piece develops through its own logic—balancing precision, movement and restraint.
